I have chosen to support Tim Peterson in his run for office and to represent our community in congress because I have seen his drive and entrepreneur abilities in real time over the years. I have seen him to be a family man in all essence of the word – from being a present Father to his children, to creating a family and life with his wife, and because he and his wife adopted his two relative children when given the chance. He comes from a diverse background himself, his children are children of color, and he understands what challenges and oppurtunities are needed so all of our children can grow and succeed together.
